This is a layout of the setup I have for my sauna:

From what I have calculated I will need about 2.2 cubic yards of cement.

That is based on :

8' x 1.5' x 1.5' = 18.00 cubic ft.
8' x 1.5' x 1.5' = 18.00 cubic ft.
9' x 1.5' x 1.5' = 20.25 cubic ft.

The space for this sauna is pretty centrally located on my property and I will probably be carrying in the cement for this and mixing it in a mixer with help from a friend.

This foundation will be supporting a cinderblock retaining wall that will be about 8' - 10' feet in the back and taper down as needed on the two sides.

Can I use Quickcrete for this application?

Am I better off buying bags of Portland cement / sand / aggregate and making my own mix?

How do I accurately calculate the amount of Quickcrete and or Cement/Sand/Aggregate mix I will need? (If I have done it wrong)
