Question by Teresa: How do I get a job in real estate?
I?m considering going into real estate after I graduate from college. I live in Washington state and I?ve been doing some online research to figure out how to get started but a lot of what I?ve found has been rather confusing. I know there are classes that you have to take in order to get your real estate license but I don?t know how to take the classes or which online school is the best? A lot of the websites look kind of shady. Where do I begin?

Ask the department that issues licenses for real estate. There?s one and they should have a list of approved schools for obtaining your license. You could also start out answering the telephone and learning the jobs from there and find out how to get your license while earning some money.
